The beta fructan is considered-a revolutionary component can be used to activate the
immune system of different animal species. Poultry, cattle, equine, canine and feline the
activity of the fructans as interleukin modulator and coordinator was very interesting
since this make the beta fructan much more active desirable component than the
glucan because of its small molecular size and no need to be digested to carry out
its function on the contrary to beta glucans.
