Description of the formulation
DI-RIL is one of the most effective and characterized diuretics
among its counterparts as DI-RIL has a high safety coefficient that
does not determine a specific number of times of its use as its
action does not depend on irritation of the kidney tissue for
diuresis.
Di-ril is characterized by ease of dissolving, homogeneity and
diffusivity in water, in addition to homogeneity of Di-ril as a
hygroscopic mixture in a sealed container.
The relativity of ions positioning in quantity and quality between
potassium and sodium makes Di-ril one of the most effective and
safest diuretics.
Di-ril does not deplete the body stock of potassium during
diuresis, yet it is a main source for it.
Di-ril Action
The great diuretic effect of potassium chloride found in Di-ril,
that is high ionized and has a high safety coefficient, is the first
focal point in the action of Di-ril formulation since diffusion is
done effectively and then absorption by the digestive tract and
then to the kidneys by its ascending and descending tubes where
diuretics process is done with high efficiency and purgation of
ascending and descending tubular cycle from any protein
encumbrances, dead tissues or waste of the process of kidney
defecation' depending on sodium-potassium pump.
At the same time, different body tissues are compensated with
potassium that is able to breed the efficiency of tissues especially
the muscular and neural as well as its significant effect on the
tissues of heart muscle particularly when it is infected by heart
capsulitis and help to keep the heart movement and contraction
especially at heat stress.
1. Di-ril as a diuretic:
Di-ril is used as a safe powerful diuretic that depends on the
relativity of ions in quantity and quality between potassium' and
sodium in a way that makes it one of the most efficient and effective diuretics especially in the cases of renal diseases,
Hypokalemia, medicinal disorder and in cases of renal infection
that accompanies viral diseases such as IB, IBO (Gumboro) and
other viral and bacterial diseases that adverselt affect the kidneys.
2. Di-ril in heat stress:
Di-ril has another dimension in use with poultry herds, which are breeded in heat stress
conditions because of the improvement of the circulatory system performance and
preserving of the osmosis pressure for blood and different issues through potassium and
sodium.
Di-ril acts for compensation of acidity deficiency m which occurs for poultry during hot
periods.
Di-ril acts for regulating water cycle inside the body by relativity of ions, organizing
potassium and sodium receptors and compensating electrolyte.
3. Di-ril during reception
Di-ril is a significant formulation during receiving
chicks by compensating them of the deficiency of
electrolyte during transportation and
accommodation. The product contains lactose which
transforms to lactic acid inside the chicks intestines
bacteria by making the intestines medium acidic
which helps on the development of useful bacteria
and inhibition of harmful bacteria in the early ages of
the chicks.
Lactose also gives a sweet taste that chicks crave,
which makes them drink larger amounts of water and
compensate dehydration that occur to them as a
result of passing time between hatching, transport
and accommodation which are considered some of the critical periods in the poultry herds ages.
How to Use?
Diuresis generally in birds (Activating defecation
processes) 1/1.2gm/L of drinking water.
Urea Stones 19m/L of drinking water - Calcium Stones
1/2gm/L of drinking water
As a source for electrolyte in cases of diarrhea 1/4,
1/2gm/L of drinking water
As a compensatory dosage when receiving chicks and a
source of potassium ions 1/4g/ /L of drinking water
Severe infection in ureters, kidneys, stones visible with
the naked eye, kidneys and ureters calcification in
mothers' herds, oviparous, bareness as well as severe
gout 1kg/ton feed + 1.5 gm/L of drinking water as an only
source for water for 12 hours
N.B
Di-ril neither affects weight gain, transformation
parameters adversely nor infects the herds with diarrhea
'and bed pad as many of diuresis, found in markets, do.
